"Called my insurance company looking for a new Dr. Was told to call you by insurance company as they were on the list of approved Dr’s who take my insurance. Called and spoke with a very dry receptionist who answers and tells me they only take Medicare. Now to call insurance and let them know to remove you from their approved Drs lists."

"I love this place , I truly do . I have been coming to this office for quite a while . Jennifer is the best ... however Dr's seem to come & go . Dr Carr was only there a few months & they were all great !!! Right now , again , they have no Dr. So who is in charge of my care ??? I don't like when they say provider since I have no clue who that might be ."

"Great place, wonderful people. They Always fit me in for a same day appt. if needed. Well since this review things have turned and not in a good way. For some reason they can’t keep doctors. The last visit here was with Dr. Carr, I liked him and felt I had a good exam. But there is no follow up with X-rays or tests. I found out from Lake Imaging that I needed a CT Scan for a spot on my lung. When I called the office I was treated rudely ,I was told someone would call, never happened, Jennifer was short and rude. Lake Imaging told me they were rude to them when they asked for some paperwork. I have changed offices now so they don’t want to answer any questions even though I am still with VIP Care in Fenney with Dr Alfano who has treated me with respect and everyone there has been kind. I wouldn’t give them one star if I could change it."

"I love my PCP, Dr. Carr. He is willing to listen and is wonderful to find a solution. Very friendly and nice. Office staff, Jennifer and Cathy, extremely friendly and nice. Nursing staff great. Dr Laura is so good also if Dr. Carr isn't available. I give this office a five-star."

"The office staff is excellent. Very professional and polite. Doctor Caro listens well and looks at your overall wellbeing. The referrals needed are promptly completed. The office decor is updated and friendly I highly recommend this office and doctor for someone needing an upgrade in their general practitioner doctor and a staff that works for you to get your needed referrals completed in a timely manner"
