"When you walk in in to the Orthopedic clinic /Pain managment clinic you are in discomfort already. And when you walk in into the clinic, the front desk employees (Diane and Anne) are very rude and abrupt with the patients."

She went far beyond my expectation in explaining what needed to be done, calling my neurologist back and then calling me back to confirm everything. I would give her 10 stars if I could."
