"This was the first visit I have made to this facility and the absolute worst experience I have ever had with any medical facility or medical provider that I have ever had. If it were possible to rate less than a one star I would do so. I had a 2:30 pm appointment scheduled for a procedure and after travelling an hour to get to this facility, I signed in at approx. 2:05 PM. They collected my copay and it posted on my account at 2:29 pm. After waiting in the waiting area for almost 2 HOURS, without any contact from office personal, or nurses as to the delay, I finally advised the office staff to cancel my appointment and refund my copay. I was advised by the staff that the person who handles that had left for the day and they would put a credit on my account, which I do not want as I will not be returning here do to a glaring lack of professionalism and care for their patient’s time. There were two other gentlemen just as annoyed but were unable to leave. One told me that the office had called him twice asking him if he could come in early and yet he was 30 minutes past his appointment time. Called me today to reschedule now out to January for earliest. Same old excuse of Doctor getting behind, TWO Hours behind, incredible. Not sure if problem was with the doctor or their schedulers trying to put 5 pounds of sugar in a 2 pound bag, if over booking scheduled appointments, it is a terrible way to run a practice, but we as patients are a captive audience. In my opinion, I would not walk, but run away from any facility that treats its patients in this manner, so much for their statement on the website that Our Patients are our number one priority."
