"I came to see Dr. Randolph for a second opinion, after being referred to him from a friend who is not fond of doctors and raved about him, and I absolutely LOVE him and his staff. The second I walked up to the reception desk, I was greeted with such warmth and friendliness from Navin and Susan, I couldn't believe I was at a doctor's office. Dr. Randolph spent time to explain EVERYTHING that was going on with my eye and the options I had. My experience was so good, I am planning to switch practices. I can't say enough about how great my experience was with this group, from the amazing staff to Dr. Randolph himself. Kudos to all of you for restoring my faith in medical practices!"

"I wrote the review below while I angry about the wait time here. I won’t change my assertion about wait time. They need to do better on this. A lot better. However, the care I receive here is very good. Dr. Randolph explains things well, and spends the appropriate amount of time. My visits are short now that my condition is stable. At the onset of problems though, they were longer with more explanation. I think he has actually gone above expectations and what other doctors do in my experience. Original review: Never on time here. Waited 2 hours last time. So set up early morning appointment for today. Waited a 1/2 hour. How can they be so far behind so early. Technician that prepared me for doctor was busy texting on her phone while giving me the tests."

"Dr. Randolph is an amazing doctor with a kind heart. We had to go to the office as an emergeny following a challenging cataract surgery. The office staff was wonderful and explained everything. We were seen the next day, and Dr. Randolph did surgery the following day. He was professional and caring, taking the time to explain every step throughout the process. I would be comfortable recommending him without reservation."
