"Dr. Etemadnia asked a lot of questions witch l liked, he didn't presume like so many other doctors I talk to have very professional, he told me the preventive things that I needed to do witch l liked, so far so good. One thing I didn't like is not being able to talk directly with in office staff (off site scheduling) some disconnect with office staff, I was supposed to get a time to come back and never got it had to call and get it through the off-site people, when I went back for paperwork no one know what I was talking about?"

"I showed up on the wrong day for my appointment. Woman at the front desk was super friendly. She got me rescheduled quickly and all my paperwork filled out so I wouldn't have to come early next time. Dr. Amir spent ample time with me and truly listened, a rarity these days. They scheduled all my procedures very promptly (ultrasound 2 days later!), GI appointmet a week later and xrays. Scripts were promptly sent to pharmacy. Staff was very professional yet down to earth and compassionate. Very happy patient."

When I was with my sister up in Tallahassee I called to see if I could get 7 days worth of my prescription. It was like pulling teeth. The only good thing I liked about Premier is the receptionist, but needless to say I am in the process of switching doctors"

"Rude desk staff, said I had to put a mask on while the woman sitting next to her wasn't wearing one. That woman gave me a very cold stare. Asked if the doctor was on time, they said yes but I waited 45 minutes past my appointment time. I waited an hour the first time. Dr. San Juan saved this review, very friendly, very professional."
