"This is the most dysfunctional place. It's sad that Florida doesn't have a good mental health care. This place will make you mentally handicap. They prescribed my friend prescription twice. Charged her for the 2nd set and gave them to someone from a assisted living to give to her. Then when I talked to pharmacy they were supposed to reimburse her ,and now they won't. Find any place other than here."

"This place is a joke - supposed to be reconstructed to better kids with their addictions but instead they are treated like they are murders or worse. The lady Mrs. or Ms. Wyatt is charge thinks she is the president of the US when 1/2 the time you can not even get a response from her and it's always an excuse why. These are kids with a drug addiction not hard core criminals and should not be treated like they are. We were told the rules during tour and rules changed once my child was taken it and after a short period of being mistreated I am removing him and reporting this lady - COMPLETE JOKE OF A PLACE - DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD FOR HELP B/C THEY WILL NEED MENTAL HELP WHEN OUT"

"If I could give this place zero stars I would. They never answer their phones, like ever. Let’s just say this facility does not care about you and they will be hearing from my lawyer because what they are committing against me is medical negligence and I am done being nice while continuously getting rear ended by this place. Do not go here! There are better places. I’ve been going here for years and am shocked by the way I have been treated. I even had to drive an hour out there cuz I couldn’t get in contact with anyone to make my request and they still did nothing. No phone call, no refill, nothing. If you value your life do not go here because they certainly will not value your life."

"I have severe PTSD and went there after bottoming out. After my second time with the doctor she set me up with a therapist that was going to put me in a clinical situation with other 1st responders with the same problems because he didn’t know how to treat me. He then set nothing up and wouldn’t respond to his voice mails after i tried calling him 3 times. I then canceled my meds that they issued me and left livestream. I’ll go back to trying to deal with this by myself. It has to be better than livestream who is the worst. I finally got my medical report after jumping thru several loops. I thought the federal government was bad. I hated having to leave at least 1 star. Would never recommend this place. I’ll let my primary doctor know, she never should have sent me there. It’s pretty bad when the therapist ask you questions from his computer then tells you he has no idea how to treat you."

"My daughter had me baker acted and called the police and police handcuffed me and took me to livestream. I didn’t see a doctor my medication was withheld. It took time to admit me until 4 am the next morning I was hungry and thirsty no one gave me a glass of water. I finally saw a mental health specialist who found nothing wrong with me and told staff to discharge me. I waited and waited for a ride and because it was a weekend a ride was not available and had to stay there until Monday. I told them that I could get a free ride from my insurance company, I was ignored and they never called for a ride. It was a complete nightmare. I saw teens and grown ups being ignored and badly abused. Please do not send someone there! They will come out worse than when they went in."
