"My first appointment for an annual exam at Village Medical was a very efficient and pleasant experience. When I first arrived, I was greeted kindly and assisted in completing all of my new patient and insurance information. The waiting room was very clean and orderly (photo included), as was the rest of the facility. My wait time was very brief and I was seen by a nurse for my vitals immediately upon being taken back to a patient room. Dr. Phuong-Thi Tran came in to introduce herself directly afterward. She had such a sweet and calming bedside manner. She listened to my concerns, shared her medical expertise and experiences, and ordered all necessary testing needed. She shared suggestions and recommendations, but was not forceful at all in any of her advice. I left feeling very positive about the visit and with a follow-up appointment already scheduled."
