"Would just like to say Dr Taylor and the vet techs are AMAZING! They provide great service and have caught the tiniest things before they become major. However scheduling the appointments over the phone is a hassle. Because they are a great vet they do get booked up quickly! If you need to call to reschedule an appointment, make sure you have an exact day in mind, otherwise who ever is on the phone will tell you to ‘call back when you have an appointment to give them’. Had they done their job correctly I would’ve booked an appointment then. Guess we will just have to wait and see now."
