"Our 19 year old cat was failing. She had been diagnosed with stage 4 kidney disease the year before. Planned Pethood Cares showed compassion and professionalism as they helped her cross rainbow bridge. They waived the vet fee and only charged me for euthalization and cremation. About $240 less than her regular Vet. So happy to find them! The techs thanked me for taking care of her for 19 years. To my surprise a couple of weeks later I received a sympathy card from them! Top notch!"
