"This is my 4th time to dr cerillo's office. It is my final visit. It has been impossible to get a clear understanding of what they're doing each time. I should've not come back after the last time I came when the assistant thought I was there for an extraction, when I was there for an implant, the extraction had taken place months before (2 visits prior). As I was getting ready to get my implant/bridge this morning, they dropped a $5k bill in my lap (after I'd already paid for all the workup to this point). This was completely unexpected and would have influenced me to go a different route in my care. The list goes on, but the fact it takes a month to 6 weeks to schedule or even reschedule an appointment just adds to the frustration and disappointment in this practice. These people will fleece you! Beware!"

Dr. St. Charles and the staff were very welcoming and made me feel comfortable. They did not push products or services and in one visit I had x-rays, a very thorough exam and cleaning and set me up for a six month follow-up. I have to say all my years of anxiety of going to the dentist are now over in just one visit."

After cleaning her teeth, she allowed her to sit there while she cleaned mine, then helped her to the car through the back door.
