"I was refused primary health care because they don't take CHAMPVA. they do take Medicare and TriCare. After a phone call to CHAMPVA with stats on where the staff at Optum could find they do infact use CHAMPVA I made a call back to the Optum office to try to educate them on my findings. I spoke to Savannah who had denied me service and of course she had no idea who I was and her call to me was about an hour before I returned the call. She said she would speak with the administrator of my findings but only after I assured her I had no intentions of using their facility. I doubt she did but that is only my opinion. This place came highly recommended to me. I'm sure the doctors are ok. It's their staff that needs improvement."

"So very dissapointed in this Primary Care Practice. For years their predecessors both Davita and JSA took care of me very well. When my Davita and JSA Doctor left the declination of quality of care became very apparent. First off I never even saw the actual physician for over 6 months. I was turned over to PA and nurses. Until I had a severe issue with hospitalization was the only reason I actually got to see the physician. After 2 hospital admissions since July 1 2020 I have been limited to only seeing the specialist that they approve of even though my insurance would cover the declined specialist(s) who were familiar with my conditions. Another cautionary item is that to the best of my knowledge only one of their predecessors staff has been retained. This turnover occurred within 6 months . I no longer can recommend this practice."
