"I am thrilled that I found Excel Pain and Spine. They are a wonderful pain management facility. The receptionist and medical staff are incredibly friendly and very helpful/knowledgeable. I was circling the drain trying to get proper care for my spine issues before I found them. In comparison to other practices, it is much quicker and easier to get appointments and needed injections with Excel Pain and Spine. For me - From start to finish with Excel, it was a couple of weeks vs several months to get medical attention. I also really appreciate how much time they take during the initial consult and follow up appointments. They don't try to rush through the appointment. They really care and take time to ask all the questions. They even called to double check something, all in an effort to make sure I am getting the best proper care for my situations. I highly recommend this practice."

"I drove 35 MI to visit Excel pain and spine just to be told they cannot help me. would not help me but the medication that I need. refuse to write it. absolutely zero help from this company. they could have saved me a lot of time and money if that had just told me it over the phone. but they want you to come in to see the doctor so they could be paid even though they do not provide any services to you at all. this seems like it's just a money grabbing machine. there is no sympathy for injured people who need medication. they just downright refuse. do not recommend this Excel pain and spine. I will never ever go back to this place. they treat you nice to so they can get you out and collect your money. it's nothing but a money making machine for the doctors. they do not care about your health all they care about is how much money they can get from you and your insurance company. I did not like the experience I had with them."

"Unfortunately I can't remember the girls up front who greeted me with a friendly, positive attitude while checking me in efficiently. Then met with the PA Cecelia. She was kind and understanding especially waiting for the MRI report. She was great and actually listened. She scheduled the procedure we felt was best. When I went in for the procedure, I was early but they took me back quickly and after a wait which was about the amount of time I was early, I was taken in. Sarah was in the room and prepped me for the procedure very kindly, since i am sure this can be a little daunting for some people. Then, even though I did not see the Dr. (I was face down on the procedure table), Dr. Jessel explained what to expect and what he was doing. I was almost fully pain free ( from a 6 when I went on to about a 1 leaving). This is the next day and my attitude is so much better without the constant nagging pain. I am cautiously optimistic about long lasting results but so far, so good. Thank you all at Excel Pain and Spine."
