"We had our first visit here today, in preparation for dental surgery on Friday. As a family we have a 8 year old Yorkie and a 10 year old Yorkie Poo. What a breath of fresh air our visit was.Their team is super friendly, things went very smoothly. Loved Dr. Roberts she was bright, cheerful and informative. "I have had to have 2 cats and 1 dog euthanized at this clinic over the last 5 years. My cats were both old and developed cancer and my dog also was old and developed cancer. The staff at Live Oak were incredibly compassionate and caring. It's so hard to say goodbye to animals that you have had for many years but their caring helped us to understand that we were doing the right thing for our beloved pets. I would highly recommend them."
"Took my shihtzu in emergently on Monday morning due to an issue with his back causing pain. Although we had a lengthy wait, the staff and vet diagnosed him, gave him an injection and script, and he's had a great outcome. Staff was thorough, compassionate, and friendly. Highly recommend Live Oak!"
"My Frenchie/English bulldog is always treated great by the doctors and staff. She is having surgery early January 2024 for a hernia repair. We live pretty close to the office and they are very reasonably priced. I highly recommend checking them out for your fur babies."
"I was impressed by the wonderful service and fist experience we had. Our pet felt ill after few days at the kennel and when called the vet we were able to get our pet in the same day. The Vet was caring and knew exactly what needed to be done. The nurse explained in details all the medications and I was able to make the payment over the phone and Stephanie at the front took the time to bring the receipt to me while I was waiting in the car with our pet. The parking lot is huge and there are 2 trees with lots of share where I was walking our pet until they called me in as I needed to use the side door so that other pets don’t catch what our boy had. I definitely recommend this vet clinic and we will be going back for all our boy’s medical needs."
