"In a nutshell. I've been with The Orthopedic Institute for the full 12 years we've been in FL. We switched from their main Ocala offices to Dr. J. Key at the West Marion Hospital offices several years ago. The whole group here at TOI is excellent. Dr. Key can be consistently relied upon to get to the problem at hand. He asks and answers questions, is professional, efficient, very knowledgeable, takes a conservative approach and explains things as they may change. His office is well run and friendly. I wish he had a larger space for his growing patient group. He is the best!"

"It was not a good experience my mother went there with an injured knee she does not speak English very well and the staff kept speaking to her in English, it wasn't until an hour later that they finally were able to contact an interpreter. My mother had to call me to come up to help her because no one had been able to help her. One of the nurses went to ask Dr. Key if he could attend my mother now that I was there and he then made a bad gesture and said to get us out of there twice. He didn't even look at us, very unprofessional and bad attitude. I appreciate the staff for working with us and not giving us as much trouble."
