"Singalong Chang, does not accommodate their staffs members time off when their family members are in need of procedural healthcare. Their Bottom line comes before quality patient care. If family members can’t be accommodated for a simple outpatient scope procedures, do we have to clear it with Sonia and Singlong when they’re admitted for a medical emergency? These folks have no regard for human beings. Will never again allow them near me for anesthesia.Went to another gastroenterologist not associated with this group. Let’s hope anesthesia associates doesn’t ruin my quality of care again. We will see. At least they won’t be making any money off of me. Update: so, I refuse to have any procedure where anesthesia associates provides services. Got a new doctor and started the entire procedure over again and they STILL made it hard for their employee to get the time off for my procedure! Do not use this company!"
