"I do not know what the other person is saying because I have ALWAYS been treated well by the doctor and WHOLE STAFF. They are ALWAYS on a professional level sometimes even joking with you to put you at ease. Life is usually like this....."treat others like you want to be treated" enough said!!"

"Absolutely horrendous. Started going there & expected to see MY primary care Dr & was not told that a P.A. day s steeping in. She got fired & no one bothered to call her patients. The new Dr Martinez has no bedside manner. I had to beg him to come into the exam room to examine me as he stood in the door way. They aren’t up to date w records or imaging. He was reading an mammogram, MRI, & ultra sound from 4 months earlier. Staff & nurse is so unfriendly. They treat you as a # not a patient!! Get them in get them out as fast as they can. They have 1 Dr 1 day a week there! What good is that for our community? Most of the time you have to wait weeks to see the dr & God forbid you are in pain, they say EVERY time to goto the ER! What’s the point of a primary if they just send you away? They didn’t bother to call or ask about the MRI that was missing for more than 2 weeks!! I HAD TO FIND THEM!! They aren’t up to date w most patients AT ALL!! Grab your ticket & wait!! That’s how you will be treated. 1start? No they didn’t have negative stars Bc they deserve 10 negative stars. Be warned!"
