"If I could review this facility as a negative 5 stars I would. When I called to schedule my annual appointment for their Spring Hill location in December the receptionist told me they could book me in April in New Port Richey. I reluctantly took the appointment. Later she told me there was an earlier appointment available at their Zephyrhills location. I told her that was way too far away. She responded, “Its only 45 minutes from you.” The day before my appointment, I googled the directions… 1 hour and 20 minutes away!! Oh well! Too late now. Ive already been waiting a month to get in! Day of the appointment, I left my home giving myself plenty of time. Got gas the day before and filled out all the admissions paperwork ahead of time. My travel actually took 1 hour and 45 minutes to get to the office. I arrived 2 minutes late. There wasn’t another person in the entire waiting room…. And the practitioner refused to see me. Do not schedule anything with Cynthia Wirkus, APRN… apparently the only time and person she truly cares about is herself! Asking a patient to travel 4 hours and not be seen is deplorable!"

"I generally couldn't complain too much about this place until this week. I missed an appointment due to getting stuck at work and called to reschedule. The next available appointment was in January but they could get me in next day in Brooksville. I drove from Tampa all the way to Brooksville, but arrived 15 minutes late. I was told by the lady at the desk that they would have to reschedule me due to being late. I told her that I had just driven all the way from Tampa and don't want to reschedule. She told me "Have a nice day then". This infuriated me. The amount of times that I sat in the waiting rooms for 1-2 hours past my appointment time because they were backed up, but now that it's my turn to be squeezed in somewhere, they "can't" do it. You're better off just finding somewhere else to go."

"The office teams in both locations are wonderful. Helpful. Professional. I did go through a few practitioners before I found a care team that showed compassion and listened. If your first visit isn't a good fit, hang in there. Dr Heron was worth the wait to get an appointment with. I felt heard. She didn't rush the appointment. I will refer my family there. Dr. Wirkus is wonderful for the same reasons, Premier is lucky to have them both."

"If you care about you, or your kids health don’t bother with this place. They called in the wrong prescriptions AND gave me the WRONG Immuneoligist. I was there from 1:30 til 4 and when I asked what was the wait for around 3:30 they all gave me attitude and rolled their eyes."

"Every visit it seems like they get nicer. My doctor and all the employees that I've dealt with explain everything to me so I understand it perfectly. I've been going there a few years now but I've never had a problem. A lot of doctors offices I've been to the people are rude but not here they're really professional and very nice and friendly and they make it seem like a family environment very nice place. Oh and you don't wait forever like a lot of places which is definitely a plus."
