"When I first moved here from Fl keys I was referred to this guy from a dr in Navarre . The dr in Navarre had my records from dr in key largo where I had an injury resulted in surgery’s lower back and neck. Mostly got by with extra strength Tylenol but occasionally needed something stronger . I went to his office thinking he had my records and was familiar with my situation. He kept asking about my hip and hands . I explained it’s my lower back and my neck . He said take this medicine for 10 days or so and see how it works .Ok I’m game for anything let’s try . I took his meds and after 2 days I had some crazy thoughts felt totally out of sorts and absolutely no relief from pain . That got weirder and it came time to return to office . I get there and say dr I’m not sure what that stuff is but didn’t work for me and told him how it effected me . He then said let’s do X-ray on hip !! lol nothing wrong with hip but let’s do it maybe he knows something. X-ray is done and he said “nothing wrong with hip !! Imagine that !! I said look doc o was taking 5mg hydrocodone my dr in key largo gave me occasionally to get past this pain !! Not regular but the year before I was prescribed 60 for 12 months and it was ok !! I’m thinking he has my records and can see all this info but instead he acted rude and raised his voice and said “I’m not giving you any of those” or close to that ! Like I was some pill head . I asked him hasn’t he looked at my records and he gave me a blank stare and paused for a couple of seconds and then asked “do I have your records?” Unbelievable!!! I saw where some said he had a good bedside manor but he dropped the ball with me and besides the horrible treatment he wasn’t man enough to apologize!! It’s been a couple of years but thought it might help someone else to hear this story !! Pins and bars in neck and lower back is no joke and I received negligent treatment at best from this young man !!"

"Dr. Mullans is professional, friendly and answered all my questions. He had reviewed my past medical HX prior to coming in to see me so the EMG/NCV was able to be done quickly. The staff had everything they needed and I was not asked to do large amounts of paperwork. This office works quickly and efficiently."

"The staff is very unprofessional up front the woman who checks you in is downright rude and thoughtless so was the big heavy white woman I brought cash to pay my co-pay as I always do and they tried to refuse to take United States currency. The nurse on the other hand was very pleasant the doctor was standoffish they don't have any blankets for you to use in the rooms are freezing they had a heater if you could call it that that he claims you can't use even though the nurse said that they could they used a little bit of jelly that they had on a piece of paper on the desk that had been used all day by everyone they used the same sticky pads on me that he used on everybody else that is very unsanitary I was very concerned with the needle that they used being that I didn't see him open up a new one and everything else that they used was used."
