"I am very unhappy that they charged $1 a page to transfer our records to a new doctor. We moved away. They couldn't even pull out some of the un-necessary pages to save me a couple dollars. With all the money spend on visits over the years, I think we should have the right to a copy of those visits for no additional charge. None of our other doctors charged to do the same."
