"I have been coming to this office for over a year now and this is the first psychiatry practice I have stayed with for more than 4 months. I see Devan Graves the ARNP and he really is such a great person, you can tell he genuinely cares about his patients. He is the first person who has genuinely listened to me about what I am feeling. The front desk girls are always so nice whether it’s on the phone or in person. This is just overall such a great practice and I am so happy to have found them!"

Every single part of the entire process has been flawless, including: - setting appointments - rescheduling appointments - receiving follow up from them without the need for me to stay on top of them - They've picked up the phone and answered emails immediately and address all of my questions with ease."

"The doctor Candice Sexil is a good doctor but their office staff and billing office is absolutely the rudest and unprofessional staff that my daughter and I have ever worked with! (You cannot bypass them to explain to the doctor). They keep saying we owe them money and we keep giving them the proof from the insurance company that we do NOT. They don't even listen and do research. They are lazy! Just for transparency, I have NEVER written a review on google. "If you have ever wanted to feel ignored, and cast aside this is the place for you! Not only have I felt like trying to get anything done here is an upward battle, but no one seems to be able to help you. EVER. Been calling for two weeks NEVER get a call back. Scheduling an appointment? It's like each person I talk to has something different then the last! Not to mention how I had 'two accounts' and I couldn't see anyone until it was sorted (it took almost a month). And that's not even mentioning that before that, they were billing my insurance wrong, and because of their mistake they were going to drop me. Why was I being punished for their mistake? Unorganized, unapologetic, indifference staff. I wouldn't wonder too much why they have such a poor rating."
