"This office caters to certain kinds of insurance, if you do not have the correct insurance you are put on a waiting list or given a less than optimum time to come in. The office is constantly changing rules and regulations making it inconvenient for patients. The Dr.'s there do not trust the staff to do what is right by the patients and the Medical assistants are overworked and rushed to get patients in and out of the office. The LPN is overworked and given tasks she can never complete and the office manager Mayet is a narcissist and lies to the patients and the staff and the Dr.s manipulating everyone in the office so no one ever feels comfortable working. They call patients and send letters over and over trying to get the patients to come in. 95% of people would not answer the phone or return calls because they didn't want to. Mayet would pressure the LPN to call every day over and over trying to get the patient to come in, because every time the patient goes to the hospital it comes from the money paid to the office and Mayet's bonus. She gossiped, triangulated the employees and Dr's you could never believe anything she says. If you are an LPN do not work here you get more respect working as a contract nurse for Gale. Don't come here as a patient, there are thousands of Dr.s don't go here if you value your health."

"The front desk reps are idiots. I was asked to full out new patient forms and then call back for appointments, for myself and my wife. After spending half an hour in a working day, when I called back I was asked if I checked the box on the form ymthatbsays if you are a new patient? I said yes, and she is like you have to everything all over again as when you do that all your data is wiped off the system. I wish i was informed about it when"

"We have been using Dr’s Shaw and Sultan at WellMed Land O Lakes, Fl since late 2020. The doctors, nurses and staff have always been kind, caring, friendly and professional. They are knowledgeable and explain things to where you understand them. Never had an issue with phone calls, referrals or wait times. The office staff is on point. I see some negative reviews on here that I’m not sure are true or just from inpatient people. When a doctor calls you at 8:30 in the evening to give you information, I call that going over and above expectations. Thank you WellMed"

"Been a patient there for years.I do not however go to the Dr for every little thing and now they tell me since I have not used them for every tiny thing that has come up and even though I can never get in on short notice when something does come up I need to be treated like a new patient and that they will not see me for 4+ months along with many other issues. I feel like this office is more concerned with how much money you spend there than actually helping and caring for patients."
