"I would not recommend this clinic at all. The physician there has a mediocre bedside manner. My mother has been ill and has needed several referrals. This office does not follow thru with referrals, does not do what they say, and makes it very complicated for a patient. They also prefer to send you to who they prefer even if you are more comfortable with another office/physician. You have to call the office several days in a row to follow up on simple tasks, and you even sometimes have to actually drive to the office and sit in the office requesting proof of a fax or stay in the office until you know they have actually done what they say they will do. I am not sure if this is what they do for every patient or just my parents. I am not sure if they are short-staffed, not trained properly, or are just not dependable. I requested my parents change providers; but with their Medicare insurance, it takes time to re-assign doctors and the one they wanted no longer accepts new patients. I would recommend avoiding starting a relationship with this office or clinic. I recommend using another location or doctor if you can. We are in too deep now to change at this moment. I just pray that things will get better overall, and they will start doing things correctly and efficiently in the office."

"Ms.Jay did a great job with my grandmother when I brought her here. She explained everything to me in a very clear manner. She was also very kind and friendly. Not only her but all of the staff was great – they were helpful, patient and helped with any questions me or my grandmother had."

"Terrible experience, do not go here. I just took my Grandmother for a visit and they were all rude and impatient included Dr. Hanna. He tried to rush out of there and never felt comfortable there. The lady at the front desk came off annoyed when I checked in, she ignored me for like 3 minutes. I then reviewed my Grandmother's records but she put underreported/refused to answer. They have no idea what they are doing. With so many physicians in the area, you can do better. Do not go here."

"Over 10 years of association with Sun-Med; first my parents until they passed, and now myself. Have had the best relationship and care i would expect from any doctors and staff or I would not have remained their patient. My primary, Dr. Patel, has always been available and straightforward - Dr. Choksi has been kind and caring. The staff has always been pleasant and efficient .Sorry to see that another reviewer did not have the best experience. Nothing and no organization is perfect."
