"Decent theater, surprisingly good food staff is always nice. Only thing holding back five stars is the seats need to be reupholstered as they are very cracked especially behind your head. Otherwise great deal, especially on tuesday!"

"I’m not too fond of this places business practices and want other to be made aware of this before deciding to go here!!!! They food and staff are great! Their policy is to charge your card twice!! Once before gratuity and one with their added gratuity! They also charge $1 authorization to make sure the card is legit. My complaint is why charge twice?? Why not $1 to make sure the card is legit, then at the end after it’s all said and done? If you’re on a fixed income or a tight budget please allow yourself 2 charges because it will take up to 2 weeks to get that first charge back!! Fair warning!!"

"In all honesty, the seat needs an upgrade. My order was just 2 waters and pop corn without butter which is hard to miss. I had to reorder my pop corn because it was serve with butter, something minimum. The service was good, the staff is friendly and very helpful."

"Went to go see anyone but you last night and I would go anywhere but here. It was disgusting beyond belief. The nastiest movie theater I’ve ever stepped foot in. I will never be returning ever. There was grime in the cup holders, couldn’t put my drink in there. The tray was sticky. Crumbs in the seat. Don’t get me started on how raggedy the seats were. it was just so gross."

"We went to see one of the showings of Wonka on December 15 at 8pm. The staff here was fabulous! All of the staff and servers were great! The movie presentation was great! My only complaints come due to the fact my son is in a wheelchair. We purchased seating in advance online. We booked wheelchair seating. When we got there the only door with an automatic door that was opened by wheelchair users etc by pushing the button was broken. It was off to the side of the main entrance. The main doors even with my daughter and I helping were not very easy to get him through. No one was there to help otherwise even though we booked the tickets a bit in advance. Then when we finally made it into the theater we found that due to the set up of the seating it was not very accessible. We had a hard time transferring my son out of the chair and into an actual seat at a table. Then had to negotiate stashing his chair. There was no help or explanation that this is how it works. Just that we were told he couldn't sit in his chair at the table much less move the table etc. It was not a truly accessible set up like other theaters have. This was a surprise for our first visit here having booked the seat specifically for him to be that way. Your wait staff was also very friendly. We had a lovely and attentive server. The sound and all that made the movie itself a great presentation. My son enjoyed it even though he wasn't super comfortable. The food was good but my daughter had a bit of an allergic reaction to it. More knowledge of allergy causing ingredients would be helpful. The server didn't even know about the possibility when we asked. The movie presentation and staff were great! I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the other issues. The rest of the facility and location were nice. The festive decorations were nice too."
