"I am at this school currently,In my opinion it's a good school. I know it has it's great opportunities,for all students.I read in some of the comments that ''It's a bad school,the students are rude'' That's not the schools fault,it's the students and parents..The students here [Majority not all] have to learn to be more wise and take advantage of the great opportunities offered here at slam.I really love my school,I have fun everyday.I enjoy being part of the singing club and soccer."

"From the beginning this school has made promises but never commited too them. This school hides the flaws in the program, because if they don't they wont have the ability to expand in other locations. For 2 years, a large quantity of students had to be taught in the hallway or gym, because there wasnt enough classrooms for the large sum of students and that they hadn't finished the new buildings in time. Both occurred for almost half of the year. We've had teacher with student relationships that never gotten publicized because they want to protect the image of "SLAM being a good school". During the 2015-2016 school year it was a female student with the gym coach, and now in the current 2017-2018 school year it was another case with a female student with a security guard. No one knows about it of course, except for a hand full of students, but rather not say anything due to fear. Both members were never shown to authority to prevent them from doing it again, they still have the ability to work at another school and repeat their actions. I've seen roaches and mice in a school meant for kids. Some teachers get fired if they try to speak up about problems with the system. This school cares more about profit than their students. Please reconsider enrolling your kids in this school, it'll be a liability, rather than an opportunity."

"Hands down this is a very good school to come to if you want to do sports and other electives, I use to go to this really bad school and this is a 10/10 improvement. This school gets so much hate for no reason, if you get in trouble for something you probably did something wrong. Teachers are super nice and always care about the students education. Administration is hands down the fastest and best administration there. In my old school it would take a whole month to get a parent teacher conference confirmed. We get so many resources to learn and to use. If you don't have a computer, stop at the computer lab and use the computers there to do your computer homework."

"Like everything, it needs a little improvement, but I did have a lot of fun and I love the staff. The school is usually clean, but with over 900 kids, theres no surprise to see a little trash often, i only wish they improve the food, but the school is pretty educational and has a lot of programs. I enjoyed SLAM."

"This school is wack. They have stupid rules such as if you have your shirt outside you need to do push ups. This school food is nasty and the food is half frozen like you wants us to get sick. These administrators are friends and they will lie about your child. Think twice before you sign up your child to this school. This school is very unorganized."
