Jet Ski Rental Fort Lauderdale

"I’m giving it one star because there’s no option to give none. We rented jet skis while at the beach because the initial price wasn’t bad and they were close by. Their prices, however, are all over the place. They give you one price in person, then there’s other prices online (using their QR code) and it just feels like they can’t do their own math while processing you. We interacted with a bunch of little kids who obviously have ZERO customer service training, extremely rude, and unprofessional. No manners or regards for who is actually giving them business. You couldn’t even tell they work there since they happen to have their girlfriends just hanging out. We paid for an hour with 2 passengers and they cut our time short. We went into the water at around 12:10 and by 1 o’clock we were back on shore. I know this because of the time stamps in pictures that were taken as we went in and out. They also over charged our CC and when we called to dispute the charge they were incredibly offensive, giving an attitude and not shy about it, I would absolutely NOT RECOMMEND them. Stay away from them!"

"The current company at this same location is Atlantic Beach Club 2 which has the worse customer service!!!!!! I called to inquire about the charge on my card which wasn’t what I was told at the time of rental and what I had signed for. Gentlemen over the phone had a nasty attitude over the phone no people skills what’s so ever. They tried to justify the charge sending screen shots of their rates but on their website shows a different price and now their saying there’s a fuel charge and a few other taxes. I am a local resident and I guess I won’t be referring them anymore. When the current company ( Atlantic Beach Club 2) wants to adjust and return the difference to what shows on their site to charge me, I’ll be more then happy to remove this review."

"Website prices don't match in-person prices. $85 for a half-hour online. $100 cash when I arrived. Customer service wasn't good. The people handling the money and reservations need customer service training, especially at that price point."

"John was my tour guy. It was my birthday weekend. He took amazing pictures and videos of us. He allowed us to jump in the water for a bit. It was an amazing experience. It really was! Happy birthday to me!"
