"My parents have been members of the JCC for the past several years. My mom loves her knitting class. She loves to get together with all the ladies. They chat and laugh while they knit shawls and caps for kids with cancer. What a great cause! My dad hits the gym every day and gets his work out. They like going to JCC staying active and meeting other people."

"These individuals, along with another person who appeared to be from a different background and was wearing grills and chains, displayed a terrible attitude and spoke to me disrespectfully. I have been coming to this place for over 8 years, and I was shocked by their lack of respect and ethics. The person on the right in the picture even screamed at me, which made me feel scared and uncomfortable. It is disappointing that the security personnel hired by this JCC lack basic manners and friendliness. The reason they didn't allow me inside was because my ID had expired, even though I had a picture of my current ID. I even asked my friend to come outside and drive my car, but they still refused to let me in. It is pathetic that this JCC has such incompetent security staff. The person even went as far as to say that I will never be allowed inside as long as they are there. I don't understand what I have done to deserve such treatment. I come all the way from Surfside, almost an hour away, to enjoy volleyball with my friends, and to be treated like this is unacceptable. I will be speaking to someone superior at the front desk, not to someone who cant handle the way they speak to people.. these delinquents are unprofessional. I feel mistreated, In the past when I forgot my ID, they would simply ask for a picture and give me a temporary parking pass without registering any information. It seems like they are too lazy to even write down the names of everyone who enters. As a business owner, I would never allow such individuals to work for me, nor would I tolerate the way they speak to my clients. I would make some changes in your facility and have them removed.."

"My two grandsons are part of junior dolphin camp. On 8/14/2023 first day they had all the kids outside in the heat only to come in for lunch many kids vomiting my grandkids face sunburn try to talk no one care. So they are no longer in that camp"
