"I had a great first capoeira class with Contra-Mestre India! It was a lot of fun and a fantastic workout for body and mind. The music accompanying the class was beautiful and helped me flow through the movements and sequences. The teacher warmed up the class well and gave excellent guidance. Highly recommend!"
