"The front office staff is very unprofessional. I called to make an appointment and insurance information was provided. I was told the appointment had to be 2 weeks out so they can run insurance and get authorization. Well 2 weeks came and the day of the appointment, some lady who named started with a H called me and was very rude. She called to basically tell me they have to reschedule the appointment because someone didn’t do they’re job and get the authorization. When I asked why wasn’t this done when the insurance information was provided 2 weeks ago she replied “ I don’t have to explain that to you, we are not about to do this, your appointment is being rescheduled.” I explained to her I’m a mother who works and already pushed around my schedule for this appointment. The rude staff lady didn’t care about the inconvenience she was causing and basically told me to deal with it. I let her know that we would not be rescheduling anything and I would be going elsewhere. It’s sad that the office staff is the first voice and face for this office because the therapist are probably nothing like them. But due to the lack of care and poor customer service and lack of empathy I will not be patronizing this place."

"This place might have great therapist but the staff up front in the receptionist are all rude & prejudiced. Why have people like that work for you. Ocala needs to start changing cause Ocala is becoming a versatile community & some one is going to be suing. It’s 2023 people."
