"On my way home from work one day I stopped at Envision even though I am not a customer of there's to see if they could help me fix my smashed glasses and within 5 minutes Tyler was able to somehow put my lens back in, replace the screw that came out of them, and get them bent back to pretty much brand new. Now considering I am just getting back on my feet in life and have a low income job I hardly ever have extra money let alone money to replace my eyeglasses so going into this eye doctors office I was nervous but not only did they charge me anything they treated me like I was one of there customers. I left with a huge smile on my face one cause they fixed my glasses fast and without hesitation and 2 most importantly because they were very friendly, especially Tyler, and made me feel comfortable. I highly recommend this please it's right across from Bank of America and Sonic on highway 19 in Crystal River everybody is very very nice to me thank you"

"Waited 1 hour and 45 minutes and was still 3rd in line to see the doctor. The staff were not helpful and when other people would as how much longer their wait was going they were told they could not give them that information. It must be standard operating procedure for them to overbook and make people wait for extended times. Did not want to give them 1 star, but 0 was not am option."

"No respect for patients. I had a scheduled return visit to check my eye pressure and do a field of vision test. I decline to test and ask them to check my eye pressure for my glaucoma. They refused. Also note if you have an eye test and you have insurance they will still charge you $35. This is a shady business. The doctor in the staff do not care about you. They only care about the money from insurance deductibles which you owe them and when your appointment is for a crazy test. They can't take 5 minutes to check a person with glaucoma. SAD"

"The 2 stars are for Dr Vigara as he was thorough and a joy to be around.However, months after my visit, countless unsuccessful attempts to get a simple prescription filled, I finally got the script filled 3 days after seeing another practice 1.5 hrs away in Tampa. The only input I had from their office was apathetic at best. When I contacted the office manager to tell her I did finally get the scrip filled by another doctors office, I never heard back. Very unprofessional and seemingly uncaring support staff. Sadly I now must travel over an hour for decent and professional care. Do NOT recommend."
