"Moises is a great trainer. Not only is he very knowledgeable about fitness exercises, more importantly he is very good at positive motivation. As far as the actual AquaPower workouts, exercising in the water is a double bonus. It both reduces strain on the joints, the resistance aspect actually gives you a better workout. I personally still have a long way to go in my fitness quest, but I can already feel results and look forward to every session. Highly recommended."

Adrianna and her team worked diligently with him, and he’s made so much progress.
