"The doctor(Dr. Roberts)could retire but still has the clinic open out of the kindness of his heart, because without him, many people wouldn't get proper care and they try to keep costs low for those of us without insurance/low insurance. This is how all doctors should be, genuinely cares about all of his patients, this man renued my faith in doctors. He more than deserves weeks off at a time and short days. He's doing all of us a service by being a wonderful person and medical professional. Went to the ER and they sent me home without any help, went to him 9 days later and he was able to get me back to good health. I don't doubt this man probably saved my life. Thank you Dr. Roberts and God bless"

"The lady behind the front desk was extremely rude, unprofessional can't go to the doctor."

"the doctor here is a nice guy but he's never there the office is always closed and he's gone for weeks at a time. I try to go twice to get my medicine when I have the money both times the office was closed for two weeks. the one time I went I was pacing in the lobby the receptionist was whispering about me to the doctor like I was doing something wrong I was attacked that morning and ive never been treated worse by a receptionist."

"Joanne at the front is extremely rude, unprofessional, and lazy. I visited the office today for a kidney infection and possible stones and was supposed to have pain meds and antibiotic called into the pharmacy. There are as an issue with the pain meds and the pharmacist called and said he could not get ahold of them for the doctor to change my prescription. So I call the office and speak to Joanne and tell her the issue, 30 minutes later I call Walgreens back and speak to the pharmacist again and he said the doctor never fixed the issued, so I call Joanne back and she tells me she can‘t get through to the pharmacist and I tell her that’s odd bc I’ve spoke to him twice now and she hung up on me. I have been in pain all day can’t believe the service I received from this woman."
