"My kids have been coming to this school since my oldest daughter was in 1st grade when Lily ran the school I have to say there was no concern however this upcoming year, my oldest entered into 4th grade where our only concern was that she wouldn't stay behind and the communication I had with the school which as you know is very important. However one day my daughter came home saying mommy the teacher said she would hit us and I was like guy who? Us she told the class that so during open house which I admit wasn't the greatest scenario to confront the teacher I asked her if she can reiterate what she told my child she then proceeded to come towards me in a threatening manner as well as another parent and state that I ain't never hit no child I would never hit no child I have two degrees. Etc but never addressed the question at hand. Now with that being said we asked the principal to look into however i feel she felt short in her duties because there was also other allegation that were made and everything was a misinterpretation as well as her answer to me was I can help you with the transfer of your daughter to another school. WOW!! I was like are you serious do not recommend with the people they have working there and get this apparently that teacher that is working there got accused of a DOMESTIC VIOLENCE case in 2003 try to get it expunged in 2013 but there is no record of the granted expungement not only that the principal had no knowledge of the domestic violence and still refuse to dismiss the instructor for failing to disclose on her application. Do not recommend parents."
"Kidz Choice Charter School, an A+ school, has moved around the corner of Taft and Douglas to 1800 NW 89th Ave. (N. Douglas Rd.), Pembroke Pines, FL 33024, the site formerly occupied by the permanently closed Broward Charter School-Science. Note to the folks at Google: That street that you have marked as NW 88th Ave has a sign at Taft Street that says Douglas Rd - NW 89 Ave. I searched the avenue and couldn't find an 88th Ave sign anywhere. What's up?"
