"Lucky he got 1 star should be negative 5 stars I came back 2nd time to see my lab results they're all asked me the stupid question when did I get the lab test? I told him I got it right here. They did not send it to the lab and no documents recorded that they have my blood and urine samples from here. What's kind of the doctor office is that? Waste of time big time."

"Dr. Patel does not return phone calls, however he doesn't hesitate for a second to bill for "services". Our elderly mother has been in a rehab facility for NEARLY TWO WEEKS & he has yet to respond to the family to discuss her medical condition or plan of action. Very unprofessional & irresponsible. We are considering filing a complaint with DOH."
