North Academy

North Academy is a special education school located at 1813 Northeast 163rd Street, North Miami Beach, Florida, United States. We also have a new location coming soon in Tampa at 3820 Coconut Palm Drive. Our institution is dedicated to providing tools for success for students with a variety of intellectual and developmental disabilities, such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down Syndrome, and Cerebral Palsy.

At North Academy, we believe in fostering a caring learning environment that focuses on each child's individual strengths and weaknesses. Our experienced teachers, parents, therapists, and staff work together as a team to achieve the goals set forth in our Individual Educational Plans. We offer a modified curriculum that allows students to work hands-on and develop practical, life, and social skills.

Our mission is to provide students with special needs the means and knowledge for independent living and to enter the workforce through educational, vocational, and life skills instruction. We strive to create a nurturing and creative learning environment that encourages high expectations and success for every student.
