"The staff is mediocre, The campus is cockroach-infested, and a lot of the students are lying thieves. Just last week someone stole my iPhone 7 Plus and many other students have had their electronics stolen as well. From my given 8 teachers, I'd say about only half of them are tolerable or could even be considered good teachers. I don't even know why I came to this school the magnet program is ass. Marine science? Yeah good luck with that. For the record, if you don't want your belongings stolen and walk around in a filthy bug-infested campus and last but not least WASTE YOUR TIME going to a terrible school, DO NOT GO TO SOUTH BROWARD HIGH!"

"don't send your child to this school the only this this school has going for it self is the band which the staff never supports unless they are doing good. they hire terrible teachers that don't even know what they are talking about. care more about dress code and tardiness then the students well being and grades. they only support the students that are naturally smart and for the ones who struggle a little they couldn't care less about. all in all don't send your kid to south broward mf highschool!!!!"

"I had no choice but to enroll my daughter in this school. It is unbelievable how this school is ran. Do not put your child in this school! They do not have any control over the students nor do they support the parents when they report issues with the child. If I was in the position to switch her school or home school her I would. My child is failing they have done nothing about it except say she is gonna have to take summer school. My daughter has even sent a email to broward county school board regarding her not learning anything. Now my child is skipping school I have reported it several times to the school they have done absolutely nothing excepts tell me she is gonna have to take summer school. What scares me is my child will end up as a drop out because of this school. I can only do so much at home being I am a single who works full time. Since I cannot get into the school for a visit I have communicated many times over the phone. Still nothing has been done. Now I am writing a letter to the school board maybe then something will be done and I am hoping it's not to late! I really hate this school and so does my daughter. I should have kept her at Hollywood hills high school!!!!! I wouldn't even give this school a one star!"

"Former Student. Great School. Yes, it once had it's time where it was getting out of hand but that time has passed & the school has always been a great school anyway. Very helpful Admin. & Teachers, helped me a lot with resources & even had a school bus go way out to North Lauderdale to pick my Brother and I up so we didn't have to take a 2.5hr citi bus ride. The school is wonderful if you focus on you. You can get in trouble anywhere"
