"Great urgent care experience. My practitioner, Elaine, was super attentive, empathetic, and generous with her time, even called me the next morning to go over lab results. All things I wouldn't expect from a quick care setting but received without any boastfulness or pushiness for "a good review" or unnecessary services, etc. I've worked in hospitals and quick cares in direct patient care for years now and I can say in an unbiased way that the Quick Care Med on SR200 is top notch. Thank you guys!"
"I was directed to Quick Care Med after my PCP could not fit me in for a lower left abdominal pain. When I arrived, they scheduled me to come back an hour and 1/2 later due to capacity. I filled out the link paperwork on the phone ahead of time and went back at my scheduled appt. I was there less than 15 mins. got a perscription for the issue and was on my way. Very pleased with the care and concern the staff showed me."
"I was there on Friday evening Dec.2nd. The staff was great but you really need to paint those red walls! I couldn’t sit down because the color made me actually felt dizzy. A medical facility show be painted in calming colors. Even my husband was having a problem waiting because of the yellow and red walls. Please, address this issue. I’m sure you will get more people coming and better reviews. Thank you!"
"I had a very positive outcome at your care center. Everyone was polite, friendly and very knowledgeable about their job. As a walk-in I expected to wait many hours but was pleasantly surprised that that was not the case. I found the doctor to be very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. Kudos to a very good doctor in every way. I will be referring your facility to my family and friends. I want to thank all the staff for making my experience so much better then it would have been without their kindness. 5 out of 5 stars to everyone!"
"I drove another person to this Quick Care Med for treatment. I only went in the waiting room and can only tell you what the patient told me of treatment and such. This Quick care was close by for the patient, which is why they wanted to go there. It shares a building with a Dunkin' Donuts. As such, getting in and out of the parking lot can be difficult. Even parking can be the same because of the traffic for Dunkin'. But it wasn't drastic. And it might be better at different times. Once inside the building, the waiting room was narrow, but adequate. It appears clean, as did the restroom. There was a TV, but it was not on. There were rainbow elephants all over the waiting room. So that's what you stared at, or your phone. I am not sure what the office ladies do, since they make the patient fill out so called paperwork and take ID pictures on their phone, on their own in the waiting room. I watched the patient make multiple attempts to get things correct. I watched the frustration build as they attempted to fill out the information on their own, having to use their phone. Maybe they don't realize that they are in the midst of 55 and older communities. As such, a lot of older folks, may not be very good with the high tech gadgetry. Maybe that's where an office worker could help struggling people with what used to be called the paperwork. In this case, the patient had to relay this information to the care giver, being worried that the pharmacy information was actually enter, when entered into the electronic world. There was not a lot of people in the waiting room at the time. So the patient was called pretty quickly. This is where the patient told me things for the review: They said that the treatment room was clean. The care givers were very personable. Treatment seemed good. A prescription was sent to the correct pharmacy. And they were on their way in short order. As such the patient said they would visit again if needed."
