"Jason was very rude and provided me with terrible customer service when I had to cancel my CPR course reservation. He refused to refund my money "because you didn't cancel in advance 5 days". Then, Jason couldn't find my course reservation because they registered me under the name of "Shirley". I wouldn't trust this business to teach me anything because of the poor customer service and inability to make a correct course reservation. They can keep my $40 if they need it so bad, I refused the credit. Hopefully they improve in the future."
