"BUYER BEWARE: They just CANCELED my appointment after having confirmed it an hour earlier saying it needed to be moved to Monday. Curiously, they asked about my Groupon so obviously my appointment was bumped for a non-groupon customer. I needed my appointment for today. Obviously, not a great initial experience, so i wouldn't recommend them."
"Hi everyone this is Angelica and I just went into Xanadu and had the most beautiful experience of my life it was amazing Diana Lee and Samantha both did my hair dyed it Cherry Coke rolled it and from the moment I sat down in the chair I was treated with dignity and respect and like I was part of the family they even bought lunch which is Pizza in offered me some everybody loves pizza I love the way they took good care of me and I would recommend it to whoever wants to have a spa day it seems like when I left there my troubles had melted away I'm going back definitely a big thank you and hug my two ladies Miss Diana Lee and Miss Samantha thank you so much I needed to be pampered...... ❤️"
