"I’ve enjoyed very much having TM in my life for 20 years. I’m writing this review to highlight my recent experience. I’d not meditated for the last year or so because of a very painful medical issue. I was in too much pain physically to sit quietly. But here’s the wonderful thing about TM. I didn’t need to reregister, fill out a questioner or ask permission. I just sat down, closed my eyes and began Reciting my mantra. That was it. I love my practice more than ever. It feels so good every day to sit quietly and enjoy that sweet feeling I get by quietly relaxing my mind and thoughts. I was taught a lovely tool to use anytime, anywhere no matter my circumstances. No app no monthly subscription. It’s here for me always. I learned TM in Massachusetts originally. When I came to south Florida I contacted Ondine and Kent Constable at the Boca Center and they immediately embraced me and welcomed me into the center. I’m looking forward to their retreat in late July for a full day of meditation and yoga."
"The exceptional encouragement from Ondine and Kent at the TM Center, and the extraordinary caring have evoked such a profound sense of peace and comfort. The practice of TM has taken "the edge off" and I feel myself migrating to a better space. Only a total of 40 minutes a day has made absolute years of difference. I thank Ondine in particular who has been nothing short of amazing in her concern for my practice, commitment to my wellness, and follow through of my progress. While this is something that I "should have" followed up on years ago, I now have it, and will never let it go. "If you don't "DO" Transcendental Meditation (aka., TM) this is a great place for an introduction to the technique. If you practice already, this is a great center. I get weekly emails for events and happily drive from Sebring to attend."
"I noticed positive results with the TM technique the first week of practicing. I’m now at six months of twice-daily practice and I can say that the results are stunning. I really enjoy the weekly group meditations. Kent and Ondine are fabulous teachers."
