"I went there to get information to register my son and everybody looked at us like we were foreigners. No smile no greet no "Heller" no anything. They sent me to the office when I didn't know where that was. A STUDENT (let me repeat this) A STUDENT walked me to the office NOT a school personnel. Got to the office everyone raised their head and went back to whatever they weren't doing. I asked a lady for information about transferring my son there and she simply said everything as if she were a robot. She wouldn't have given me a paper with a list of information had I wouldn't have asked. She seem aggravated when I asked her questions. So I never bothered to transfer my son there."

"I am on the PTA/PTSA of this school, and I am impressed by its students, faculty, staff and administration. It feels so good to know that there are people in public education who care about the future of our children and young people and their community. Good job!"

"I'm a student at Norland right now and I wish I would've never came here. I've been to two other schools besides Norland, That's North Miami Beach and Carol City, My parents move a lot. Honestly Norland is the worse school out of the three that I been to. The staff is disrespectful, rude, and nasty. The students are even worse. It's hard to make friends in a place where everybody has an attitude. I went to Carol city the end of my ninth grade year and by the beginning of my sophomore year I won Ms. Sophomore at Carol City that shows how many friends I made over that small period of time. I've been at norland for almost a year now and I still eat lunch alone. I'm a Junior now and I refuse to graduate from here. It is unorganized, low class, and a bad enivornment."
