"I attended this school and I have to say that I am Grateful for the experience, it has molded me and shaped me for the real world as a makeup artist, if you have an instructor like Ms. Jackie Gorge! You will definitely succeed. I am a full time makeup artist and wouldn’t be half the artist I am now if it had not been for her. "I’ve been going to school here for the past few months and I’ve already picked up so much more then what I have learned working in retail cosmetics and beauty videos. They teach you hands on everything and the teachers are very supportive and walk you through everything. If you need help with anything that you are struggling with, The educator’s here at cosmix will show you exactly how to make your makeup stand out and to perfect the look. I love my experience at cosmix and I can’t wait to learn more in special effects for movie sets! So excited!"

"I started going here in March and I will say my only issue so far is the kit we receive- I think we all expected more for the money we paid or at least better products. Still I really love most of the instructors and I think that’s what the school and students benefit most from. Jackie Jorge is amazing and incredibly passionate about all of her students- she’s helped everyone individually as well as a team. After you meet her you really feel confident in what you do and feel like you have a great mentor to go to. Plus she will actually help you DO what you are capable of. She helps you get experience that’s actually helpful and helps get your name out there. Nicki Oxley was definitely a wild card as a person and a teacher but I think her perspective is very unique and she definitely pushed me to do more than I thought I could. Dustin is awesome with special effects and injuries, he will definitely keep you on your toes so class was never boring. He proved everyday that he knew what he was doing and I honestly felt more confident about my work at the end of his course. Melinda did hair work and aging with us, she is amazing!! She’s incredibly nice and down to earth plus she’s really talented. No one felt put down or pressured by her either which was honestly great. Chris/Charisma is a fantastic teacher and a lovely person. They make coming to class fun and they are very uplifting. Anytime I need/ed help they are always more than willing to talk with me and support my creativity."

"As a parent of an upcoming student, I just want to say that I was very skeptical about letting my daughter attend a makeup school 15 hours away from home. We decided to do a tour of the school to help with our decision and I am so glad we did! Alex in admissions was AMAZING!! She not only took time out of her schedule numerous months prior to answer questions and do a virtual tour but she made us feel so welcome when we arrived and took so much time with us! She has made my daughter feel at home and even answers her questions after hours. I feel so much more comfortable with our decision and I can’t wait for my daughter to start her journey at Cosmix!"

"I absolutely love this school. Jackie is an instructor here and she makes me excited to come to school every day. Being away from my family is extremely hard but she makes it such an amazing environment to be in while still being very professional. Jackie’s energy is absolutely contagious and she can always put me in a better mood. She makes me feel so much better when she notices my strengths, as well as my weaknesses, so I can work hard to become a well rounded Make-up Artist. She is very understanding and genuinely cares about her students. Anybody would be lucky to have her in their life."
