"I must start with saying anybody who truly wants to learn and pass would be smart to attend this course. I always knew that I am great at sales so I decided to attend and see what it's all about. I was kinda nervous but the feeling you get in a smaller class setting makes for better learning. You will have more time with the instructor than you normally would and the staff truly cares about each student. This is the best way to learn and pass. The broker is amazing and the teacher was excellent. They go above and beyond to make sure each student gets the attention needed. If you want to be a real estate agent I would say attend a course."

"I really enjoyed taking the real estate associate course at the school. The classes are limited to 8-10 students, so you always get all your questions answered. Seymour, our instructor was great. He and Roger, the owner of the school really do care about their students success and are doing everything to help you. The books we used in class are excellent and much better than what other bigger schools are using. Each chapter has summary and quiz. At the end of the book there are definitions and formulas, which was very helpful while studying for state exam.
