"I typically do not write reviews. However, Columbia Family Medicine deserves recognition on what extreme customer care should look like. Still cant believe the hospitality that was displayed this morning by Dr. David, Cindy and their daughter Haley. An employee (with no insurance) had a piece of steel lodged in his finger from a recent accident that wasn't work related. The employee had the hand x-rayed and the hospital directed him to a hand specialist. During a 2 week period the employee hasn't had the metal removed. The finger was swollen and appeared to have infection. I drove him to a local emergency care facility and was told they could not perform the removal of the metal. I called Columbia Family Medicine and described to Cindy our situation and she said "bring him to our office in Ft. White, Florida and they would take a look". We arrived at 10:00 am and Dr. David had the metal removed and stitched up in about 30 minutes. The care for the employee/patient was undoubtably exceptional. The employee will be back to business as usual in just a few weeks. It's the unique way we were treated and the special care and attention giving to the injury was what prompted me to write this review. Highly recommended!!! Thank you Columbia Family Medicine"
