"My worry of finding a doctor for my meds has been resolved. I got to meet my new doctor (Dr. Hans Cancel) who was very intellectual and a joker. The nurses were all pranksters too. My results from 6 months were fantastic other than some two. In which, I will return next week for a new blood test. But other than that my experience at Palms Medical Trenton was fantastic!"
"The worst doctors office to go. Let's start off by saying when you call to make appointments it doesn't go to the Palms your seen at. Your call goes to Gainesville a call center there. We'll they Cancelled my appointment without telling me. All because I seen a different doctor not to long ago. Well I have health issues and I was in the Hospital. So my whole purpose of my c Cancel the appointment was to see how I was doing and talk about how my diabetes is doing. To top it off they never call you To tell you what your blood work is. Before I went in the hospital not one single nurse or doctor called me. I just don't feel the call center should be able to cancel your appointments . I would not recommend this place to nobody."
"After sitting on hold for a combined time of an hour and a half and being hung up on 3 times and having to call back and sit on the phone on hold again and again the phone receptionist did not listen when I advised I didn't care where my son was seen I just needed a strep and flu test on him as my other son is already positive for both and we just needed him tested and treated she tried transferring me to the nurse for triage for that nurse to transfer me right back to phone reception for scheduling in Trenton because chiefland had no avaliable appointments. The phone was answered by a very rude receptionist that hung up on me and when I called back and set on hold for 15 more minutes she answered again stating she didn't remember talking to me until I stated my son's name and she then remembered everything. I advised the receptionist of my aggravation as i work in a doctors office and am one of the most understanding people of office protocols and how things work within an office and that if she was just going to hang up on me again or couldn't do her job in scheduling she could direct me to her manager and she was eager to then schedule my son promptly and upon arrival to the appointment the doctor only tested for strep was in and out heard no concerns and left."
