"Recently received my IFR rating at Flyers and plan to continue with my commercial. American Flyers at Pompano, FL is a well-oiled machine. This is one of the busiest schools in FL yet, the dedication towards safety and best practices is second to none. Their fleet is well maintained and a mix of analog and the latest and best tech around. Depending on the student's preference, you can choose between high or low wing, analog or glass. No matter what you will chose, you will be exposed to all kinds of instruments just in case. It is a thorough program and at times, could become overwhelming. However, the access to the CFIs and management is granted to everyone at any time. This school might not be the cheapest, but their program will make you a safe and capable pilot. Highly recommend!"

"Wasn’t happy with my visit to the School at all! the girl and the guy on the front desk were both not helpful at all. they didn’t answer any of my questions! after 20 minutes of waiting I had the chance to talk to one of their flight instructor and he wasn’t professional also he made feel that the only thing they care about is your money!! I think Americans Flyers should work harder on their staff and teach them how to be more professional, responsible and respectful! Definitely not the right place to spend my money at!"
