"Instructor was 1.5 hours late to dwi course. Mr waters evaluation was terrible. I was there 15 mins early he was late 25 mins getting me in. He was very rude and condescending to me. rushed through it wouldnt answer any questions I had. Any time I answered a question it was not the right way to answer it. On top of that they lost all of my paperwork. This place does not have their act together, and could use a lesson or two on how to treat other human beings."
