"Horrible place. my granddaughter attended this daycare and I don't recommend it to anyone."
"DO NOT ENROLL YOUR CHILDREN HERE! After being with them for 8 years and 3 children and dealing with them with an infestation issue and unknown bite marks from some type of bug in their facility, that they do not clean in anyway by the way, I laid that issue to rest due to my boys love being there and loving their teacher. However, on 01/16, I picked up my 2 year old and went home, just to find him SOAKED in poop that was caked up on his inner thigh and pants and looked like he was sitting in for HOURS. my son had a rash on his butt from how long the dirty diaper was on him that was burning him and causing him to not be able to sleep. I immediately sent an email letting them know I need answers with the pictures. This morningING, i called them and told them, i would be there at 9am to find out what happenedto my son. Because i made a police report, officers had alreadytold me to co tact them so they can be on stand by. Upon getting there, do ya'llknow, they ,tried to tell me I could not come in and they would call me to tell me what happened why my son had on a diaper like that. I immediately told Samantha I'm not leaving until I have answers as my kids will not be returning after today and they were told, my expectations upon arrival. Samantha tried to gas light and not once was sympathetic to the situation of my son and then tried to play the VICTIM as if I was a threat to kids in the school and my own son trying to say "oh my gosh, Josiah are you ok?!" When I pulled him back from going any further into their facility. They were more concerned about their safety as grown individuals then they were about my son when he was in their care! Several parents have withdrawn their kids from this facility over the same thing! They are unprofessional, lying unsympathetic people! I have made a police report and got department of children and families involved and will be taking legal actions for the neglect and child abuse of this place with my son!! If I had the option to post the pictures of the disgrace of how my child was given to me, I would! RUN FAR AWAY FROM THEM!"
"The staff is a bunch of bullies. The receptionist goes out of her way to make parents uncomfortable. I called and asked to please speak to my daughter's teachers to stop kissing her seeing that she is only 4 months old and we're 4 years post-COVID. The young lady decided to use that same phone call to inform me that my tuition was 2 days late and I could not drop my daughter if it was not paid. If that's not a textbook example of retaliation, I don't know what is. Then when I get to the school to drop off my daughter, she followed me around the school hovering over me as if I stole something and put it in my purse. The main reason why we ended up leaving the school is because my mother picked up my daughter was told that her immunizations expired the following day. This is the first time we've been notified of this. I called the next morning to see if they would allow me a few days to get it updated, and they said no. The assistant director, Samantha, asked if I could take her that morning. I told her I would have no choice because I needed to drop my daughter off to go to work but it would it be late and I know they don't like late drop off. She proceeded to tell me late drop offs are excused for doctor's appointments. In a panic to hurry and call the pediatrician to get an appointment, I hung up the phone on Samantha. I immediately called back and she was not available and did not return my call. I proceeded to take my daughter to the pediatrician and received the updated immunization form. When I get to the school, Samantha lets me know I can not drop my daughter off because all the teachers are on lunch and my daughter would take them out of ratio. She claimed to not have known that I was coming despite telling me that late drop-offs are excused for doctor's appointments. Her lack of empathy and passive aggressive tone made me very upset and uncomfortable so we decided to part ways. None of her 3 teachers spoke any English anyway, which is very frustrating when dealing with an infant. I'm sure we're not welcome to return, and even if so, we certainly would not want to. Tuition is way too expensive to pay just for them to arbitrarily decide when you can and cant drop your child off. That plus the whole kissing thing. Yeah don't bring your child here"
"This was my child first time begin in daycare and my experience at this specific location has been horrible the director can NEVER tell me what happened to my child. The second incident I had to get information from the field director because the actual director at this location never called me to follow up on. It was two incidents I was told each time they didn’t see anything on the camera one was a scratch on the side of my son face and the other one was some kind of animal bite (had to take him to urgent care) after this incident I unenrolled him. The director is extremely rude and unprofessional and doesn’t know how to properly communicate with parents. If you’re thinking about enrolling your child DON’T!!!!!"
"I am so happy for my sons growth and development when I had transferred them to Learning City Academy last year 2020. Ms Kimberly Hernandez was one of the first faces that greeted and paid close attention to my boys needs, wants and created a good relationship with the boys, and I. Mrs Liz helped Amir with his critical first year in school for virtual learning during the most unfortunate time called the C-19 pandemic. Adrianna connected and created a relationship with the boys. Overall, thank you so much Learning City Academy family for the great experiences and memories!"
