"I was taking my daughter here for a few weeks, didn’t have a good first impression with Ms. Michele since day 1 but I kept trying to see if things would changed. My daughter is 3 and learns best by positive reinforcement, Ms. Michele did not make my daughter comfortable the entire time she swam with her, she’s cold and doesn’t work well with toddlers. Then we tried her with Ms. Daysha for 1 lesson and she doesn’t have patience with toddlers that don’t listen the first time they are given instructions. My daughter did GREAT with Ms. Alex but unfortunately she is only a fill in when someone isn’t able to teach the lesson that day. Ms. Alex cheered my daughter on, made her feel extremely comfortable and eager to learn just after 1 day. I’m only giving this place a 2 star because management gave me the option to have my daughter swim with a different instructor but we have decided to go forward with another company."
