"My 13 year old sons practiced here week before Christmas 2023. We had booked morning and afternoon session with the fitness classes. Overall great experience and good challenging practices and drills. No fooling around, very focused program including proper warm up exercises. Coaching staff was rotating so they got input from all the very good trainers. We will return. indoor faculties could use a makeover but work to a new club house will start soon."

"NO MASKS ARE BEING WORN. Everyone there including spectators do not wear masks while walking around. This is the reason why covid is so prominent. Even in the club house people don't wear masks. Two coaches came up to me and said "Why are you wearing a mask?" And "No one wears it around here." I'm truly disgusted and highly do not recommend."
