"We first visited Black Horse Stables back in September 2023 for Toddler Time. We have not been to a barn/farm environment for quite sometime but we were looking to find a place to bring our young son. It was like heaven when we arrived. Beautiful horses, goats, chickens, gorgeous stables, family friendly.... everything we had wanted to be around for so long. We found it! And I loved it so much that I started taking once a week adult riding lessons with Katie as my trainer. It is the ideal place for someone like me because it is welcoming, laid back, hands-on work from the ground up (grooming, tacking etc) and I have been progressing well in my lessons. She teaches kids and adults and everyone has a great time learning and of course spending time with the horses. I have nothing but good things to say about the place. Wish I could go everyday, quite honestly."
